Gluten & Dairy Free Banana Bread

Hiya! I am so excited to be sharing another AMAZING recipes with y’all! This once is for Gluten and Dairy free Banana Bread! I love that it is super easy to make and does take long to cook! I feel like people always get afraid when making any type of bread gluten and dairy free but this recipe is simple!

What you will need:

  • 2 cups Blanch Almond flour
  • 1tbsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 large overripe bananas
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup coconut oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Powder sugar

Directions:

  1. First you want to preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Grease loaf pan or 10×10 square pan. leave that aside.
  2. In a large bowl mis all the dry ingredients. be sure to Mix well
  3. In a different bow melt coconut oil
  4. Then add the smash the bananas
  5. Next in the bow you melted to coconut oil in add the mashed bananas, and eggs. Whisk together.
  6. Now you are ready to combine the wet and dry ingredients. Make sure to mix until fully incorporated!
  7. Pour bread in to the greased pan.
  8. Bake bread for 40-50 minted or until took pick comes out clean. be sure to keep an eye on bread as all oven are different!
  9. Next let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to wire rack to continue to cool
  10. Once its completely cool you can slice the bread and add some powder sugar on top!

Be sure your bananas are over ripe so that way you get a nice and moist banana bread. I used ____ almond flour because that is the one that I think works best. There are tons of brands out there, so use which ever you prefer. Getting the right kind of flour can be tricky and some are easier to work with then others.

Remember with gluten and dairy free baking it can sometimes be hard to get a recipe just right! So if the first time doesn’t go the way you hope they it again.
