Hiya Chicas! I wanted to share with y’all some of my favorite date night ideas during this Holiday season. I know that not all of us have a bae, but you can totally get your girlfriends together for these festive holiday activities!
Christmas Tree lighting!
Christmas tree lighting. In Chicago, there is the lighting of the big Christmas tree. You & your boo could get bundled up & visit the new Starbucks in they city, get some hot chocolate & go see the beautiful tree!
Ice skating!
Next ice skating is another fun holiday activity that you don’t need a boo to do. Whoever you go with, make a day of it! Go ice skating then get a warm lunch or dinner in the city! Just be sure you bring a warm pair of socks for after & dress super warm!
Baking Holiday Cookies!
You defiantly don’t need to have significant other to do this during the holiday season! whoever it is, go to the store and buy cookie mix, icing, sprinkles & bake your little hearts out! You can even have holiday movies or music playing in the background! Don’t forget about the Christmas pj’s!
Holiday Hallmark Movie Marathon!
If you don’t want to spend a ton of money, this is an easy date night idea!
If you are doing this with your partner, you can get into matching pj’s make dinner, or eat cookies & enjoy cups of hot coco while you snuggle up & watch Christmas movie!
Get all the girls together, in their fav holiday Pjs & have a slumber party! Make hot coco, bake cookies, have everyone bring a snack to share & watch hallmark movies all night!
Christmas lights!
This is something my family used to do when I was little. We would all get in the car, in our holiday Pj’s & go looking at all the outdoor Holiday decor. We would pick our favorite house & give them some fresh baked cookies that we made! You don’t have to pick your fave but this is such a fun and easy date!
You can stop at Starbucks, get a hot coco & even bring snacks to eat in the car! This is another super easy yet fun date/ girls night
Ugly Christmas Sweater
This is another real fun date night idea or girls night! You can go thrifting for ugly sweater to even make your own! But getting your sweaters at Good Will or a thrift store will help save money! Have everyone bring stuff to decorate the sweaters (glue, puff balls, glitter, etc), put on holiday movies & get some snack & your good to go!
I love this time of year! even if you don’t have a boo and can still have so much fun with your girlfriends! I hope this was helpful in planning all your holidua festivities!
