  • What I meal prepped this past week! 

Honestly, I just do better when things have been prepped! My ADHD brain struggles when I’m hungry to pick what I want to eat or to have the ability to make something!

  • Hearing the doctor say I've been watching your heartbeat in sinus rhythm (normal rhythm)! Everything looks great. Was music to my ears! I've been a very long road, and we will still have a long one ahead, but we are one step closer to getting back to feeling like me again. ❤️‍🩹🥹 thank you to everyone who has stopped by, sent messages, called, and helped get me through something I've been afraid of doing for such a long time and a bigger thank you to @jlarahomes for being the most amazing boyfriend the last week! ❤️‍🩹 I appreciate and love you so much 🤕🥹
  • The best afternoon pick me up! These @aldiusa classic cola sodas are the bomb! 🙌🏻🥤
  • Let’s make some chicken and rice soup! The Fall 🍁weather we have been having in the midwest is making me crave soup! This recipe was seriously delicious!☺️

✨Recipe: 

• add avocado oil and butter to big soup pot, add celery, carrots, onions, salt, pepper, and chopped garlic to the pan and let it cook until vegetables are translucent.

•add flour to the veggies to thicken *can skip this step

• While vegetables are cooking take the chicken off of the bone

• Once vegetables are done cooking add both containers of chicken broth. Stir in and let cook for five minutes.

• Then add chicken, rice, or potatoes. Stir 

• Cook for 45 minutes or until potatoes are tender. One poked with a fork.

• Add parsley and stir 

• Serve with your favorite crackers and ENJOY!

✨ Ingredients: 
2 container of chicken broth 
1 rotisserie chicken off the bone 
Celery, carrots, onion chopped
Rice/potatoes chopped
Fresh garlic chopped
Parsley 
Salt and pepper

  • Kicking off the football season with some crockpot chili 🌶️ It only takes 10 minutes! I’m a set it and forget it kinda girly 🫶🏼 Hope you enjoy! 

Ingredients: 
2 cans of chili beans 
2 small cans of tomato sauce 
1 green pepper 
2 cans of Kidney
1 can of cannellini beans
2 pounds of grass fed organic ground beef
Salt
Paper
Chili powder
Garlic powder 

Directions:
•Dice green pepper and add to crockpot 
•Add tomato sauce, and beans to crockpot
•Stir baby stir
•Add ground beef
•Add salt, pepper, garlic powder, and chili powder to your heart's desire 
• Cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 
•Then break up your meat and stir 
•Serve with avocado, cheese and oyster crackers
