Six Tips for Online Classes

Hey babes!…..Well it’s that time again, back to school. So Today I wanted to share a few tips on how to transition into online Classes. I know some people thrive off the structure of attending classes in person.  I am one of those people, so this as been a bit of a challenge for me.

Here are some of my tips for online classes. These are things that have helped me stay focused and on track.

Alright here are my tips…

Get school supplies

First off, I know this sounds like a no brainier, but sometimes with online classes we can get lazy……at least I can. But If I have a notebook and binder for each class it helps me feel more like I am in class. It also just keeps everything organized.

I linked some cute affordable school supplies below for y’all to shop!

Have a set schedule

This next one is an important one, know what days your classes are on, how many hours you will need to spend. I recommend writing this down and keeping it in a binder.

Set a routine

My third tip is super helpful. I talked about this during the stay at home order and made a whole blog post on it. Yall loved this post. I am going to do the same thing but update it for my schedule for back to school. Ill link my daily schedule blog post below for y’all

Use a planner

I recommend you write down your assignments and such down, that way you can keep track of when each class will meat and at what times. Also print out all any documents that are important. Highlight and use different color pens. I will link some planners and supplies below.

Find your own space

This one is pretty important, be sure to have a designated space to do school work and homework. Keep it clean and organized. This helped me a lot when my school switched to remote learning last semester. I can’t stress this enough. You could also go to a coffee shop or sit outside. depending what things are like for you in your area.

……and Lastly

Take care of yourself

I cannot stress this one enough. Moving my body everyday helps with my stress, improves my mental heath and acne. I feel like I have  more energy too. Make sure you are eating and drinking plenty of water. Sleep is also very important, I know I would always stay up so late doing a project or studying and I would feel it the next day.

Well thats a wrap. I hope this blog post was helpful for y’all that are going back to school remotely.  Things are so different now and it can be hard to transition or adjust to the change. remember to always find joy in the little things!

XOXO
